Registry PDBsum; at-a-glance overview of macromolecular structures Provider

PDBsum provides an at-a-glance overview of every macromolecular structure deposited in the Protein Data Bank (PDB), giving schematic diagrams of the molecules in each structure and of the interactions between them.

This resource is a provider. This means that while it may have its own prefix, it actually reuses the identifiers provided by the pdb prefix. For all use cases, you should use pdb instead of pdbsum.

Providers

Providers are various services that resolve CURIEs to URLs. The example CURIE pdbsum:1kfv is used to demonstrate the provides available for pdbsum. Generation of OLS and BioPortal URLs requires additional programmatic logic beyond string formatting.
