Image Data Resource (IDR) is an online, public data repository that seeks to store, integrate and serve image datasets from published scientific studies. We have collected and are continuing to receive existing and newly created “reference image" datasets that are valuable resources for a broad community of users, either because they will be frequently accessed and cited or because they can serve as a basis for re-analysis and the development of new computational tools.

Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from Image Data Resource should match this regular expression:

Example CURIE
2017 The Image Data Resource: A Bioimage Data Integration and Publication Platform
Metaregistry Image Data Resource

The metaregistry provides mappings between the Bioregistry and other registries. There are 3 mappings to external registries for this resource with 3 unique external prefixes.

Registry Name Registry Metaprefix External Prefix Curate
FAIRSharing FAIRSharing logo fairsharing FAIRsharing.6wf1zw logo miriam idr
re3data Registry of Research Data Repositories logo re3data r3d100012435

Providers are various services that resolve CURIEs to URLs. The example CURIE None:0001 is used to demonstrate the provides available for this resource. Generation of OLS and BioPortal URLs requires additional programmatic logic beyond string formatting.
