BMRB collects, annotates, archives, and disseminates (worldwide in the public domain) the important spectral and quantitative data derived from NMR spectroscopic investigations of biological macromolecules and metabolites. The goal is to empower scientists in their analysis of the structure, dynamics, and chemistry of biological systems and to support further development of the field of biomolecular NMR spectroscopy.

Local identifiers in Biological Magnetic Resonance Data Bank should match this
regular expression:
^(bmr|bmse|bmst)?[0-9]{1,6}$
Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from Biological Magnetic Resonance Data Bank should match
this regular expression:
^bmrb:(bmr|bmse|bmst)?[0-9]{1,6}$

Providers are various services that resolve CURIEs to URLs. The example CURIE
None:15000
is used to demonstrate the provides available for
this resource. Generation of OLS and BioPortal URLs requires additional programmatic
logic beyond string formatting.
