Rice Annotation Project Database (RAP-DB) is a primary rice (Oryza sativa) annotation database established in 2004 upon the completion of the Oryza sativa ssp. japonica cv. Nipponbare genome sequencing by the International Rice Genome Sequencing Project. RAP-DB provides comprehensive resources (e.g. genome annotation, gene expression, DNA markers, genetic diversity, etc.) for biological and agricultural research communities. This collection provides transcript information in RAP-DB.
Local identifiers in RAP-DB Transcript should match this
regular expression:
^Os\S+t\d{7}-\d{2}$
Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from RAP-DB Transcript should match
this regular expression:
^rapdb\.transcript:Os\S+t\d{7}-\d{2}$
Mappings from records in Bioregistry to external registries comprises the metaregistry. This resource has 4 mappings to external registries with 3 unique external prefixes.

A provider turns a local unique identifiers from a resource into a URI. Many providers are also resolvable as URLs (i.e., they can be used in a web browser).
The local unique identifier Os01t0883800-02 is used to demonstrate the providers
available for RAP-DB Transcript. Some providers may use a different example, which is displayed in the table below.
A guide for curating additional providers can be found
here.

Additional providers curated in the Bioregistry are listed here. These are typically inherited from Identifiers.org or Prefix Commons, and need extra curation.
