This cooperative effort, which includes Fellowship for Interpretation of Genomes (FIG), Argonne National Laboratory, and the University of Chicago, focuses on the development of the comparative genomics environment called the SEED. It is a framework to support comparative analysis and annotation of genomes, and the development of curated genomic data (annotation). Curation is performed at the level of subsystems by an expert annotator, across many genomes, and not on a gene by gene basis. This collection references subsystems.
seed.compound
Local identifiers in SEED Compound should match this
regular expression:
^cpd\d+$
Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from SEED Compound should match
this regular expression:
^seed\.compound:cpd\d+$
The metaregistry provides mappings between the Bioregistry and other registries. There are 3 mappings to external registries for this resource with 1 unique external prefixes.

A provider turns a local unique identifiers from a resource into a URI. Many providers are also resolvable as URLs (i.e., they can be used in a web browser).
The local unique identifier cpd15380
is used to demonstrate the providers
available for SEED Compound. A guide for curating additional providers can be found
here.
