This is not part of the W3C SWRL specification. It defines annotation properties and implementation-specific extensions (such as rule metadata, enable/disable flags, authorship, and other editor-related annotations) used by Protégé and SWRLAPI rather than the SWRL language itself.
swrlaA provider turns a local unique identifiers from a resource into a URI. Many providers are also resolvable as URLs (i.e., they can be used in a web browser).
The local unique identifier isRuleEnabled is used to demonstrate the providers
available for Protégé SWRL API. Some providers may use a different example, which is displayed in the table below.
