ProGlycProt (Prokaryotic Glycoprotein) is a repository of bacterial and archaeal glycoproteins with at least one experimentally validated glycosite (glycosylated residue). Each entry in the database is fully cross-referenced and enriched with available published information about source organism, coding gene, protein, glycosites, glycosylation type, attached glycan, associated oligosaccharyl/glycosyl transferases (OSTs/GTs), supporting references, and applicable additional information.

Pattern for CURIES

Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from ProGlycProt should match this regular expression:
^proglyc:[A-Z]C\d{1,3}$

Example CURIE
proglyc:AC119
Metaregistry ProGlycProt

The metaregistry provides mappings between the Bioregistry and other registries. There are 3 mappings to external registries for this resource with 1 unique external prefixes.

Registry Name Registry Metaprefix External Prefix Curate
BioContext biocontext PROGLYC
Identifiers.org Identifiers.org logo miriam proglyc
N2T Name-to-Thing logo n2t proglyc
Providers

Providers are various services that resolve CURIEs to URLs. The example CURIE proglyc:AC119 is used to demonstrate the provides available for this resource. Generation of OLS and BioPortal URLs requires additional programmatic logic beyond string formatting.
