AutDB is a curated database for autism research. It is built on information extracted from the studies on molecular genetics and biology of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The four modules of AutDB include information on Human Genes, Animal models, Protein Interactions (PIN) and Copy Number Variants (CNV) respectively. It provides an annotated list of ASD candidate genes in the form of reference dataset for interrogating molecular mechanisms underlying the disorder.

Local identifiers in AutDB should match this
regular expression:
^[A-Z]+[A-Z-0-9]{2,}$
Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from AutDB should match
this regular expression:
^autdb:[A-Z]+[A-Z-0-9]{2,}$
The metaregistry provides mappings between the Bioregistry and other registries. There are 3 mappings to external registries for this resource with 1 unique external prefixes.

is used to demonstrate the provides available for
this resource. Generation of OLS and BioPortal URLs requires additional programmatic
logic beyond string formatting.
