The SustainGraph ontology is developed to track the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) at national and regional level, their evolution accross time and inter-connectedness with existing and emerging policies and directives at European Union (EU) and global level. It is described using W3C RDF Schema and the Web Ontology Language.

A provider turns a local unique identifiers from a resource into a URI. Many providers are also resolvable as URLs (i.e., they can be used in a web browser).
The local unique identifier 6T is used to demonstrate the providers
available for SustainGraph Ontology. Some providers may use a different example, which is displayed in the table below.
