enviPath is a database and prediction system for the microbial biotransformation of organic environmental contaminants. The database provides the possibility to store and view experimentally observed biotransformation pathways. The pathway prediction system provides different relative reasoning models to predict likely biotransformation pathways and products.
envipath
Local identifiers in enviPath should match this
regular expression:
^[\w^_]{8}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{12}\/[\w-]+\/[\w^_]{8}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{12}$
Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from enviPath should match
this regular expression:
^envipath:[\w^_]{8}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{12}\/[\w-]+\/[\w^_]{8}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{4}-[\w^_]{12}$
The metaregistry provides mappings between the Bioregistry and other registries. There are 4 mappings to external registries for this resource with 4 unique external prefixes.

A provider turns a local unique identifiers from a resource into a URI. Many providers are also resolvable as URLs (i.e., they can be used in a web browser).
The local unique identifier 32de3cf4-e3e6-4168-956e-32fa5ddb0ce1/compound/b545cabc-8c9e-4b20-8848-efa015b481ea
is used to demonstrate the providers
available for enviPath. A guide for curating additional providers can be found
here.
