The BioDeep database is a comprehensive database of metabolite information in living organisms: by aggregating metabolite information from multiple public databases and large-scale natural language text mining work, we have built a large scale knowledge network for biological knowledge interpretation. By using the BioDeep database, it is possible to query such large scale metabolic knowledge network.

Local identifiers in BioDeep Database should match this
regular expression:
^\d{11}$
Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from BioDeep Database should match
this regular expression:
^biodeep:\d{11}$
BioDeep_
.
Therefore, you may see local unique identifiers for this resource that look like
BioDeep_00000000001
(instead of the canonical form 00000000001
) and CURIEs for this resource that look like
biodeep:BioDeep_00000000001
(instead of the canonical form biodeep:00000000001
).
The Bioregistry will automatically strip off the banana when standardizing local unique identifiers and CURIEs.
The metaregistry provides mappings between the Bioregistry and other registries. There are 1 mappings to external registries for this resource with 1 unique external prefixes.

A provider turns a local unique identifiers from a resource into a URI. Many providers are also resolvable as URLs (i.e., they can be used in a web browser).
The local unique identifier 00000000001
is used to demonstrate the providers
available for BioDeep Database. A guide for curating additional providers can be found
here.
