Rice Annotation Project Database (RAP-DB) is a primary rice (Oryza sativa) annotation database established in 2004 upon the completion of the Oryza sativa ssp. japonica cv. Nipponbare genome sequencing by the International Rice Genome Sequencing Project. RAP-DB provides comprehensive resources (e.g. genome annotation, gene expression, DNA markers, genetic diversity, etc.) for biological and agricultural research communities. This collection provides locus information in RAP-DB.
rapdb.locus
Local identifiers in RAP-DB Locus should match this
regular expression:
^Os\S+g\d{7}$
Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from RAP-DB Locus should match
this regular expression:
^rapdb\.locus:Os\S+g\d{7}$
The metaregistry provides mappings between the Bioregistry and other registries. There are 1 mappings to external registries for this resource with 1 unique external prefixes.

A provider turns a local unique identifiers from a resource into a URI. Many providers are also resolvable as URLs (i.e., they can be used in a web browser).
The local unique identifier Os01g0883800
is used to demonstrate the providers
available for RAP-DB Locus. A guide for curating additional providers can be found
here.
