OMA (Orthologous MAtrix) is a database that identifies orthologs among publicly available, complete genome sequences. It identifies orthologous relationships which can be accessed either group-wise, where all group members are orthologous to all other group members, or on a sequence-centric basis, where for a given protein all its orthologs in all other species are displayed. This collection references groupings of orthologs.
oma.grp
Local identifiers in OMA Group should match this
regular expression:
^[A-Z]+$
Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from OMA Group should match
this regular expression:
^oma\.grp:[A-Z]+$
The metaregistry provides mappings between the Bioregistry and other registries. There are 3 mappings to external registries for this resource with 1 unique external prefixes.

Providers are various services that resolve CURIEs to URLs. The example CURIE
oma.grp:LCSCCPN
is used to demonstrate the provides available for
this resource. Generation of OLS and BioPortal URLs requires additional programmatic
logic beyond string formatting.
