arrayMap is a collection of pre-processed oncogenomic array data sets and CNA (somatic copy number aberrations) profiles. CNA are a type of mutation commonly found in cancer genomes. arrayMap data is assembled from public repositories and supplemented with additional sources, using custom curation pipelines.
