The following resources share a URI format string with insdc.run:

When generating an extended prefix map, their respective CURIE prefixes and URI prefixes are merged into the record for insdc.run. If you believe that these are distinct semantic spaces and should not be merged, please open a new issue on the Bioregistry issue tracker for discussion.

Providers are various services that resolve CURIEs to URLs. The example CURIE insdc.run:ERR436051 is used to demonstrate the provides available for this resource. Generation of OLS and BioPortal URLs requires additional programmatic logic beyond string formatting.
