MINDY

The MINDY (Motif Interacting with Ubiquitin-containing novel DUB family protease) family is a family of deubiquitinating enzymes characterized by the presence of a MINDY domain, which is a conserved catalytic domain. MINDY enzymes also contain a motif interacting with Ubiquitin motif that interacts with ubiquitin. MINDY enzymes are cysteine proteases.
